Deniz’s recommended beer – Sharp’s Brewery Single Brew Reserve 2013. “It’s all about the hop! Brewed exclusively with Premiant, the best hop of 2013, Single Brew has a lemon fruit note with a clean bitterness, emphasising the lemon butter sauce, as well as lifting both the white and brown meat of the crab. A simple yet sophisticated partnership.”

Deniz’s recommended beer – Timmermans Kriek Lambic. “Kriek lambic is a style of Belgian beer, fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts and the addition of sour Morello cherry juice. Alongside the sponge and custard, the cherry flavour of the beer mellows while lifting the ginger and vanilla.”
