MEAT AS NATURE INTENDED
Our beef is sourced from suckled native breeds across South West Farms, fed on a natural and well-balanced diet, these herds have time and space to graze. Sourced and butchered by Philip Warren in Launceston, our steaks are dry aged on the bone for 28-32 days for maximum flavour before being cooked over coal for the perfect finish.
