Our beef is sourced from suckled native breeds across South West Farms, fed on a natural and well-balanced diet, these herds have time and space to graze. Sourced and butchered by Philip Warren in Launceston, our steaks are dry aged on the bone for 28-32 days for maximum flavour before being cooked over coal for the perfect finish.

RESERVATIONS
We take reservations for lunch and dinner in our upstairs dining area. No reservations are taken for downstairs or outside so please feel free to join us without a reservation and we’ll find you a table as soon as we can.
